Green, prickly, and native to Central & South America as well as parts of the Caribbean. Soursop is tangy and sour to start, moving to a smooth sweetness as you finish the flavor note. Sometimes compared to sour citrus, strawberries, and/or pineapples, this dynamic flavor is quite an experience for the taste buds.
